Redhill Psychology provides a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment in which to explore clients’ difficulties. Those from different cultural and religious backgrounds are welcomed, irrespective of their gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity or race.

Therapy is not just about supporting someone through listening, though this is important. It is also about using established practices to help a person achieve the things they value in life; learning strategies and techniques and how to apply them to their unique situation.  The therapeutic stance at Redhill Psychology is to work collaboratively and respectfully, recognising that everyone can suffer and find themselves in unhelpful cycles, given their particular life experiences and responses to these.

Redhill Psychology uses evidence- based models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as well as mindfulness based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is also an accredited EMDR practitioner.  Dr Rosie Odhuba has extensive experience in these approaches and keeps her knowledge up to date with regular training updates, attending a monthly ACT workshop group and receiving regular clinical supervision from another qualified  clinical psychologist to continue to improve her practise. She has also received recent training in clinical hypnosis and can now practise this alongside her established therapeutic practise.
